Philosophy
Technology impacts everyone, yet it’s rarely approached from a humanistic perspective. Solutions must first align with the fundamental needs of the users. By doing so, a resilient and sustainable entity can be established that caters to customer requirements, generates a reasonable profit, and safeguards the planet we inhabit.
All actions taken by an organization must be approached with a global perspective, recognizing their local impact and the influence of local laws and customs. My experience living abroad underscored the fact that while the United States Constitution is a remarkable document and the law of the land, it is confined to the borders of the United States. Outside these borders, it becomes merely another local ordinance. Organizations must be mindful of cultural, legal, and societal differences in the countries where they conduct business.

This necessitates a shift away from the conventional emphasis on short-term stock prices and a redirection of energies that align with the well-being of employees, the long-term environmental consequences, and the acceptance of our shared differences and similarities. Consequently, a more compassionate approach and a heightened focus on taking positive actions must become the driving force for the organization.
As President John F. Kennedy said in 1963, "For, in the final analysis, our most basic common link is that we all inhabit this small planet. We all breathe the same air. We all cherish our children's future. And we are all mortal."
My goal is to help us all breathe the air a little easier.
